My Conference

My Conference is a secure meeting space where your associates, employees, family and friends can call your conference room.

How it works: You send an email to each invited "guest" of the conference. The email provides the details of the conference including

  1. The number to dial for the conference.
  2. The time of the conference
  3. The code to enter the conference
  4. Detail that you want to share in advance of the conference.

The "guest" dials the number to your conference, enters a pass code for entry, announces his presence by stating his name.

A conference administrator will begin the session, the meeting will take place. My Conference is a great tool to replace the old "morning meeting". It works great for family meetings, group meetings and of course, corporate meetings.
