My Voice Mail
My Voice Mail
is a module included in ALL versions of Virtual Office. It's simple and it works!
My Voice Mail is attached to each "user" account in Virtual Office.
My Voice Mail allows the "user" the ability to create custom greetins
for all of your callers.
How messages
are handled:
- User is
unavailable.
- Voicemail
greeting is played
- Caller
leaves a message.
- Voice mail
is stored in voice mail box
- Email is
sent notifiying the user that a new voice mail is available.
The user can
access voice mail by:
- Calling
his/her own extension and logging in using a PIN.
- User can
login into My Control
Panel and view all messages.
- User can login into
My Web Mail and check
messages in email
