My Work Group

My Work Group is a module in Virtual Office. My Work Group is a shared "bucket" of data that is "mapped" as a hard disk drive on each "users" PC. This data is available to all members of the work group without the need for a VPN connection.

What is it: My Work Group is a module in the Virtual Office.

How does it work? My Work Group allocates a fixed amount of space for data storage on the "cloud". That space is then connected to your PC as a "virtual hard disk drive" with a drive letter.

What does it do? My Work Group is a complete storage "container" for your data. It is easily accessed by drive letter, as any physical drive would be.

So what! What is the value of that? If your PC, Laptop or physical computer are lost, stolen or destroyed. Your data container remains. Simply get a new PC, Laptop or whatever. Your data remains with your work group, not the PC or laptop.

How much is it? $5.95 per user, per month as an add-on the the Virtual Office.
